The busy wedding season is well under way and here are a few venues I have recently visited and so far its been an amazing few weeks, I am in my element, creating beautiful images and having the opportunity to capture those special moments with some lovely people.
I had the opportunity to capture the historic Church of St Mary’s in Elloughton recently, the church was built in the 13th century and is dedicated to St Mary. Bethany and Chris were a delightful couple, the Vicar who managed to continue the ceremony with a broken foot following an accident playing football had everyone smiling, later we travelled to the Mercure Hotel for a wonderful reception and formal and informal shots. I thoroughly enjoyed the day.

My next wedding involved another wonderful couple who were married at the same church as my parents,St Michaels Hull, the reception which was held at Gardner’s Arms was full of laughter and those candid moments captured on camera will give lasting memories of a wonderful day.

Recently myself and my wife Tracy travelled to Fountains Abbey North Yorkshire to meet Laura and Sean who’s wedding we will be capturing in August. Laura and Sean wanted to show us around this spectacular venue so we could get a good idea of their vision for their big day.

My next wedding will be at one of my favourite venues, Rowely Manor a lovely country house situated in little Weighton, East Yorkshire. I have visited this venue countless times over the last 10 years and loved this venue so much I had my own wedding held there a few years ago.
