Its always nice to visit a new venue and St Mary’s church in Barton upon Humber was no exception for the wedding of Karen and Phillip.
This lovely church which dates back to the 12th century and is a splendid building to get married in, with some good light pouring in through the stained windows we found it easy to capture some great shots of the lovely couple during their ceremony.
After the formal shots at the church we set off to Rowley Manor to capture the couple arriving for their reception. Rowley Manor is a lovely Georgian Manor house set in 34 acres of lawns, gardens and park land.
The weather was a bit dramatic during the day with a few scattered thunderstorms but we achieved all the shots we wanted and more. We had a great day and evening with Phillip and Karen and we will remember their first dance which really was worth waiting for.
